The Clairvaux Community is made up of the Parish Priest, Fr Sang Ho, the Clairvaux staff, parents and students. We pride ourselves of being an inclusive community that encourages involvement of all it's members in many ways. Throughout your time as a member of the Clairvaux Community you may be involved as little or as much as you like.

Parish Education Board

The Clairvaux Catholic School Advisory Board was formed in late 1998. It is an active team of Parents, Parish Priest, Principal and Staff who work together to plan our school direction and policies.

The members work together to discuss and review School Policy to make sure they are in line with our school's Vision Statement.

Another important role is to understand and address issues affecting our children and the school community. The board welcomes and encourages your views, feedback and concerns. You can ask any board member to submit matters for consideration.

Parents & Friends Association

The Clairvaux Parents and Friends Association (P&F) is integral to the life and spirit of the school. The purpose of the P&F is to create and strengthen friendships within the community and to raise funds to help provide and maintain facilities at the school. The P&F is a volunteer organisation open to parents, carers, family members and friends of Clairvaux who would like to support the school. There are many different roles volunteers can play in the P&F depending on their available time, skills and desired level of involvement.

The Parents and Friends Committee meets each month, usually on the first Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held at 7.30pm in the Staffroom.

In conjunction with the Principal and Staff the Parents and Friends committee supports the Clairvaux Community through fundraising and other activities. The committee organises social activities for the parents and children of Clairvaux. The Parents and Friends Newsletter is published fortnightly containing details of social events and fundraisers.
