Our year level masses are a special opportunity for students, families, staff and parishioners to come together in faith as one community.  Students are given the opportunity to deepen their understanding of our Catholic tradition through prayer, song, listening to God’s Word and active participation in all parts of the Mass.   All year level masses are celebrated by Fr. Tho in St. Bernard’s church.  Thank you to those who attended the special Mother’s day mass last week, led by our Year 3 students.

  • Year 2 Care for Creation Mass - Thursday 11th June 9.30am

All are welcome!

NATIONAL RECONCILIATION WEEK

At its heart, reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians for the benefit of all. National Reconciliation Week is a time to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and to consider how each of us can contribute to reconciliation. This year’s theme, All In, calls on all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation and work together towards meaningful change and a more united future.

Kat Bohan and our Year 4 CSC Social Justice and Cultural Diversity group have planned some activities for our staff and students to take part in next week.  These include an informative slide show, taking time to reflect through prayer and song each morning, visiting our Library to read from an extensive range of Indigenous themed picture story books and taking part in an Indigenous art walk to explore and learn about the meaning behind artworks and artifacts that we have here at Clairvaux.
